Company history
The first technical trading company in Aue was founded in 1892 by Max Philipp. The blooming company was sold to Hermann Wendler only 10 years later. Assortment
Due to our long experience as technical trader as well as processor and manufacturer of a wide variety of gaskets in our own production complex, we are in the position to consult our clients with competent knowledge, proven and tested know-how and "ready to use" solutions.

Seals and gasket materials
We are your partner with know how for all applications round about gaskets. Standard-Gasket-Material from Elastomer, high pressure gasket materials or materials for high temperature sealings - we offer a wide product range:
- gasket materials as slab ware or wound in coils
- gaskets from our own production
- round- and square cords as well as profiles
- heat protection

Synthetic materials and semifinished products
Every applications makes its own demands on the substance. The numerous fields of applications led to the development of multifaceted products and product varieties. We deliver synthetic materials as slab ware, bars and tube rods for your producteion. In our production complex e manufacture seals specifically tailored to your applicatoins, according to your drawings and specifications. The flexible production of small-lot assortments is one of our strong points in the German market. Excerpt of our assortment:

Hoses
You can find hoses for different applications in our assortment. The matierals are as multifaceted as the applications for hoses. Our assortment covers water hoses, steam- and hot water hoses, suction and pressure hoses, transport hoses for abrasive substances, but also for chemicals, oil, gases etc., fuel hoses, coolant hoses, machine and laboratory hoses, pneumatic hoses, food hoses, isolation / protection hoses and more.Corrugated tubes
Fttings
Hose fittings are one section of our assortment. There are approx. 3.000 articles in our stock, for example compressed air fittings, ABA hose clamps, also in stainless steel or acid-resistant, 2-ear clamps and so on
Industrial floor coverings
Industrial floor coverings are also a part of our assortment. We offer a high variety fo different materials for different requirements, for example oil resistent precision groove mats or round burl mats for machinery halls. Our assortment also covers comb mats with or without ground.
Adhesives and chemical sealing compounds / tapes
Since January 2008 the Hermann Wendler GmbH is a premium partner of the globally operating Henkel company. Due to our long lasting close co-operation with the Henkel KGaA our customers not only have access to their products, but also to the respective product and material specific know-how, because our employees are continuously beeing trained as a part of this partnership. We as a company strive for the most competent consultation and advice for our clients in regards to our offered products and the full service around our products. The Hermann Wendler GmbH keeps a widely expanded stock of gasket materials and adhesives from Loctite® and Teroson® for almost any application. Brands like Pattex®, OKS®, Sicomet® and Devcon® are just a few to mention, which complete our assortment. It is to be ensured that our customer always will receive the the perfect product match according to his needs, no matter if the focus is on heavy equipment like anti-friction bearings for wind power stations, automated machinery streets, belt-conveyors or even on very small applications like screw safety pins.

Safety Shoes
Protective shoes according to EN 345 are for general protection in your work environment. They have toe caps from steel, Aluminium or synthethic materials. Our assortment covers safety shoes in all safety classes from S1 to S5
head protection 
We offer breathing protection equipment:
- Single-use mask
- Half mask and appendant filters
- Full face mask and appendant filters
You will find everything you need to protect yourself or your staff against noice at work: simple ear plugs as well as ear muffs.
We stock full vision goggles as well as safety welding glasses in different designs. Accessories like spare glasses or helmet brackets round off our assortment.
Protective gloves
The wide variety of different stresses like dirt, mechanical stresses, culminating in stress due to chemicals or extreme temperature work environment, calls for a protection, which is exactly tailored to the specific needs.

Skin protection
Our service includes the individual generation of entire skin protection programmes tailored each client. Keeping continuously stressed skin in a work environment healthy is of utmost importance, since this will preserve the healthiness of the employees and thus the labour capacity. In this section we carry high value products from the Stoko® programme:
- skin protectants designed for use before starting work and after each break,
e.g. protection against dirt, water-insoluble substances and
the hazard of UV exposure
- skin cleansers for thorough yet gentle cleansing during breaks and after
- skin care products for use after work to aid the skin to regenerate properly
- dispenser systems for hygienic and economic dosing
Cleaning agents / cleaning supplies
To leave nothing to be desided we complete our full assortment with a great bandwidth of cleaning supplies. Cleaning cloths, brooms, trash bags, paper towels, soaps and respective dispensers are all on hand as well as a huge amount of cleaning agents for multiple purposes.
